2. Products & Orders
Florida Fashion specializes in handcrafted evening gowns, bridal wear, and occasion dresses. Many of our pieces are made to order and custom-crafted to your specifications.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All measurements, design selections, and personal details you provide are accurate.
- You understand whether your order is a standard item or a custom/made-to-measure piece, as different policies apply to each.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Florida Fashion reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
For custom and made-to-measure orders, a first payment (deposit) is required before production begins. This deposit:
- Is non-refundable, as it immediately covers fabric sourcing, material reservation, and dedicated atelier time.
- Is held as credit in the event of event rescheduling or future needs.
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery, as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Custom Order Process
Before your gown enters production, you will receive a Final Order Confirmation Document containing:
- Final design sketch
- Selected fabrics, stones, pearls, and accessories
- Exact measurements
- Agreed delivery date and completion deadline
Production begins only after you sign off on this document and your first payment is received.
Changes after confirmation: If you wish to change the design, fabric, sizing, or accessories after confirmation:
- Changes that can be accommodated without disrupting production will be applied at no additional cost.
- Changes that require additional materials, labor, or time will incur an extra fee. You will be informed of this fee in advance and work will only proceed upon your approval.
5. Shipping
Florida Fashion ships internationally. Shipping timelines and fees are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, contact us at info@florida-fashion.com within this window.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@florida-fashion.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Special orders
- Personalized designs
- Made-to-measure and custom gowns
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at info@florida-fashion.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on florida-fashion.com — including photographs, design sketches, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Florida Fashion or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Florida Fashion’s liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it without notice.
