You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Contact the Florida team within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once approved, you will receive:

• A return shipping label
• Detailed return instructions

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom made dresses that cannot be returned include:

• Special orders
• Personalized designs
• Made-to-measure gowns

Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible). Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
• No refund after 15 business days? Contact info@florida-fashion.com
• Shipping fees are not refunded upon return.

Order Confirmation & Finalization

Before production begins, you will receive a Final Order Confirmation Document including:

• Final sketch and approved design
• Selected fabrics, stones, pearls, or accessories
• Exact measurements
• Delivery date and completion deadline

Once you confirm and make your first payment:

• The first payment is non-refundable — it secures your fabric, accessories, and atelier time.
• Additional changes after confirmation may incur extra fees, which must be approved before work continues.

Important Note on Custom Orders

Once sizing, fabric, embellishments, and deadline are confirmed and first payment received, that payment is:

• Non-refundable
• Held as credit in case of event rescheduling or future needs

This is due to immediate production preparations (materials ordered, time reserved, labor scheduled).
